Paris Filigree Hairband, Cellulose Acetate

Filigree and slender hairband from our amber Paris collection. This simple but extremely beautiful hair accessory is, like most of our items, made of high quality Rhodoïd. Therefore you have the possibility to put the headband in hot water and then bend it to the desired size to fit your head shape. The small tines on the headband ensure the best hold, but can also be shortened with a file to suit your hair volume if necessary.

Diameter: The diameter of Rhodoïd headbands can be adjusted. To do this, place the headband in hot water for a short time and bend it to the desired size.

Rhodoïd is a sheet material made in Italy from cotton. The cotton is dyed and pressed into varied colour pattern blocks. Slices are cut from the blocks, which are then processed in France in more than 10 steps to create enchanting hair accessories. The Rhodoïd hair accessory, which is produced elaborately and partly by hand, thus has the following advantages over the machine-produced plastic injection-moulded article:
